Education/Qualification & Training Essential: • Relevant training qualification or equivalent experience
Experience Essential: • Extensive knowledge of
Security and Cleaning services and operational delivery
Desirable: • SIA Licence holder
• BICS – Trainer / Assessor experience
Knowledge/Skills • Proactive & creative approach to work with a demonstratable focus on the customer and customer engagement • Exceptional organisational skills that reflect an ability to prioritise effectively, problem- solve/resolve issues and deliver with excellent attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both spoken and written combined with confident presentation skills • Knowledge of training planning • IT literate, standard Microsoft packages to a high standard • Ability to conduct data analysis and present data in a succinct and well-written manner
Desirable: • Experience of delivering in- house training Personal characterisitics/other requirements • Adaptable & flexible and with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision including flexibility of location/ working hours to meet business needs • Flexibility in start/finish times/ campus location to meet business needs
