Need best practices, employee recognition ideas, or vendor insights? Ask My Peers is your go-to members-only forum for real advice from fellow hospitality trainers. Access it anytime via logging into the CHART Member Center or CHART App (find it under "More" in the menu). Stay in the loop with "Weekly Digest" emails. You should be receiving weekly emails from "CHART Ask My Peers Admin"—check your inbox on Mondays! If you aren’t receiving it, you may need to update your preferences in the Ask My Peers forum. Follow the steps below: 3. Go to your profile by selecting "Account Settings" from the dropdown at top right. 4. Choose the "Subscriptions" tab to update your preferences and save changes.
