Transfer coatedcauliflowertoagreasedpan.Bakefor15-20minuntilcauliflowerstartstobrownonthebottoms.Switchovento broil and cook on high for 3-4 minutes just until tops start to brown.While cauliflower is cooking, prepare the sauce by addingsugar,vinegar,soysauce,garlicpowder,onionsalt,andketchup inamediumsaucepan.Stirandbringtoaboil. Whisktogetherthecornstarchandcoldwater inasmallbowluntildissolved.Addtosaucepanandstiruntilthickened, then reduce to low heat. Combine roasted cauliflower and sauce.
