Returns Given the personalization of these pieces, returns not related to quality issues cannot be accepted.

To ensure consistency, please email your logo to corporate@mooreandgiles.com in an .eps format. We will work with you to determine the optimal size logo for your project based on item size and method of application.

Payment

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

For those who qualify, credit terms are available. Please call for a credit application.

Minimums The minimum opening order for the silhouettes in our Executive collection is 75 pieces per color per style. The minimum opening order for the silhouettes in our Headquarters collection is 10.

Shipping Our standard shipping method is UPS. Other shipping options are available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Eligibility

All potential partnerships with Moore & Giles are evaluated individually. We require disclosure of the type of company whose name will appear on our product and reserve the right to decline service. We also require disclosure of the nature of the order: a gift sale, a group sale, or an order for resale.
