At-Large Board members serve a two-year term, as do all members of the LDC. The Board Secretary and Board Treasurer each serve a one-year term. In addition, the current Regional Directors (Western, South- east, and Global) will serve until 31 December 2024 and the current Board President and Board Vice Chair will serve until 31 December 2025. The new Board members will take office effective 1 January 2024, and will be officially inaugurated during the 2024 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition in Orlando, Florida.
