Valuation Resources for Solar Photovoltaic Systems is a 4-hour CE class developed by Elevate Energy and Adomatis Appraisal with support from the U.S. Dept. of Energy. The class is instructed by Lisa Meinczinger, SRA, AI-RRS.
Class content includes: • Review of energy storage batteries for solar PV • List of resources from solar PV system valuation experts • Overview of electric rate pricing plans to arrive at an accurate analysis of electric costs Benefits to appraisers include: • Differentiate yourself from your peers by serving as a source of information on solar • Learn to accurately appraise an installation to reduce the risk of liability • Comply with appraisal standards and gain competency before appraising a solar installation • Gain access to tools and resources for developing the market value of a solar home Real Estate and Solar Fast Facts: • There are over one million households in the United States with solar energy systems. The number of installations is expected to grow exponentially in the coming years. • Recent research shows that adding solar to a home – much like renovation the kitchen – can boost a home’s value and resulting home sale price. Any & all cancellations are subject to an administrative fee. No credit/refunds for cancellations made on or after October 18th. No credit/refunds for no-shows. Confirmations will be emailed. Four hours of continuing education credits are APPROVED by the Appraisal Inst., APPROVED by NJ Board of Real Estate Appraisers (PA & NJ Div of taxation (appraisal credits) reciprocal credits) and APPROVED with the DE Bd of Real Estate Appraisers. 100% seminar/speaker attendance required to receive CE credits, as per State & AQB criteria.
