The all-suite hotel will be located at 75 Applied Bank Blvd. The owner and developer of the project is J’s MVP Hospi- tality Glen Mills , an affiliate of Roch Capital Inc. , Glen Mills. The project architect is Newcomer Associates of Chambersburg; and the civil engineer is Bohler Engineer- ing of Chalfont. The new four-story hotel will
