Wilmington Country Club is a premier private club known for its tradition of excellence and exceptional service. We proudly offer our members a full range of recreational and social amenities, delivered with an unwavering commitment to quality. As part of our culinary team, you’ll contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the high standards of our club. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Pizza Cook / Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you. We will train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethics and desire to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook pizzas using a gas-fired hearth pizza oven

• Assemble and execute menu items to club standards

• Set up and maintain your station for daily service and events

• Assist with banquet and general prep as needed

• Work on the grill, griddle, and sauté station (a plus, but not required)

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with solid knife skills

• Experience in cutting and portioning meats and fish

• Strong organizational skills and attention to quality and cleanliness

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods during shifts

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Country club and fine dining experience preferred

• ServSafe or sanitation certification is a plus

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Culinary degree preferred, but not required
