This year it was held at the Arrowpines Conference Grounds near Lake Arrowhead, Calif. Since most young people are inter ested in sports, the Youth Directors Association of Southern California has set up invitation tournaments and play-offs for several different sports on an inter-church basis. Representatives from all the major denominations are a part of the Associ- tion, along with several service organi zations such as Christian Endeavor and Youth for Christ. There are no general fees, although each regular member contributes $5.00 a year for the furtherance of the program. Only three years old, the organization has shown such phenominal growth that youth directors of other areas are anx ious to establish similar fellowships. A descriptive brochure • is available from the group to serve as a frame work of ideas in unification. Churches should thank the Lord for the determination and interest of these dedicated men and women who are serving Christ in reaching the youth with the Gospel. Gaining the lives of young people, results in spir itual leaders for tomorrow.
