The only difference between 2023 versus 1968, says Braverman, is that R&R has expanded into four states and added key pieces of equipment that have generated sig- nificant and remarkable growth. R&R Corrugated has more employees than it did three years ago and in 2022, the company experienced the largest growth year in its his- tory. Growing Up In Boxes Bob Braverman has been with the company for 37 years and has been the R&R’s owner since 2004. Growing up, he worked alongside his father and learned about all the machines in the plant. He would eventually come to learn every aspect of the business and serve in nearly ev- ery capacity, from salesman to plant manager. “I love the box business because I like helping our customers achieve their goals, even if it means delivering their boxes in a van after normal business hours to help the customer meet their delivery goals,” he said. “I think if you have that mindset, I think you’re going to naturally grow your business.” Braverman is a businessman who takes a fiscally con- servative approach to buying new equipment and accru- ing debt. He tends to take care of the company’s machines with routine maintenance or rebuilds them to keep them
