In addition, be sure to check the BICSI website for further details on the self-nomination process.

The Leadership Development Committee (LDC), formerly the BICSI Nominating Committee, facilitates the annual nominations and elections process for Board Directors and LDC Member elections each year. In preparation for selecting BICSI’s next Board Directors and LDC Members, the LDC conducted a detailed gap analysis to identify the professional experiences, skills and/or business competencies that would best complement the current Board of Directors and LDC given the mission and future strategic direction of the organization. More details on the Board Director and LDC Member roles and responsibilities are provided in the position descriptions that will be available when the call for self-nominations opens. Self-nominations Open 15 April From 15 April – 31 May, self-nominations will be accepted by those who wish to run for one of the following volunteer positions for a two-year term: • Seeking four at-large Directors for the Board of Directors • Seeking two at-large LDC Members Why Serve? While all Board Directors and LDC Members volunteer their time, talent, and energy without pay, the current and past members will attest to the fact that their personal and professional rewards are substantial.
