Main Duties
Additional Responsibilities:
Data Protection Adhere to regulations and procedures relating to data protection and information security. Personal Development/Performance Demonstrate commitment to continuing Personal/ Professional Development and to engage with
• Efficient, effective & compliant management of the campus estate • Leadership in the development and delivery of our long-term capital investment plan • Collaborative leadership to reach NetZero from our operations by 2030 • Leadership of strategies resulting in improved space and asset utilisation and optimisation across the campus estate • Leadership of the delivery and redevelopment of catering, retail, sports and other campus amenities • Leadership of the development and provision of the University’s extensive residential portfolio • Inspiring leadership of a team, placing equity of opportunity at its heart • As a member of the executive, contribute to the management of all university business
• Develop and deliver a future transport policy with local partners • Delivery of efficient & effective procurement strategies for sustainable estates maintenance • Leadership in the delivery of sector best practise with regards to health and safety • Collaborative working at a senior level with local authority and other university partners e.g. NHS • Oversee programmes of continuous improvement • Act as a role model and visible leader of our behaviours and values framework • Play a key role in ensuring effective emergency and incident management responses
