Welcome to the Westin Copley Place – Your Home for Institute 2025! The NADOA Hotel Committee is excited to welcome attendees to the 52nd Annual NADOA Garage for $42 per 24 hours. Standard check-in is 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am. The NADOA room rate is $239 per night plus

Institute, hosted at the elegant Westin Copley Place in Boston’s historic Back Bay. Months of preparation and close collaboration with the Westin’s exceptional staff have gone into ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all participants. In February, the Hotel Committee, joined by NADOA President Kim Bowman, toured the hotel and sampled this year’s curated menu. From registration to meeting rooms and event spaces, the Committee is ready to help attendees navigate the venue with ease. The Westin offers a stylish, comfortable setting surrounded by Boston’s iconic architecture, dining, and cultural attractions. With sweeping city views and direct access to Copley Place Mall, it’s an ideal home base for both Institute programming and city exploration. Each guest room features Westin Heavenly Beds®, flat-screen TVs, coffee makers, high-speed internet, and premium bath amenities. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early or stay through the weekend to fully enjoy Boston. For those driving, valet parking is available at $70 per night, with nearby self-parking at the Copley Place

tax , available for stays between August 25–31, 2025. Reserve your room by August 1 through the link on www.nadoa.org. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges. With the change to the Program this year, there will be no plated lunch served on Friday for Closing Session. We will have various food stations set up around the Ballroom for you to choose from for your dining pleasure.
