THE LESSON IN BRIEF Jesus Christ did not become the Saviour of all who believe simply that He might transport them to glory. He saves men in order to use them in His program of redemption. The Christian church was never meant to be a bedroom for sleepy Christians hut a battalion headquarters for soldiers of the King. Let us think of the Christian life in this light. DISCUSSION QUESTIONS 1. What does Paul mean by urging believers to be “blameless” ? (v. 15.) 2. What does he mean by the term “harmless” ? (v. 15.) This word means sincere. See 1:10.
