The hotel
The 3-star Channel View Hotel enjoys an elevated cliff-top location overlooking the ocean at Shanklin Bay on the enchanting Isle of Wight. The hotel’s Osborne Restaurant offers a relaxing view of the sea while you dine, and the Alverston Lounge-Bar, with its maple sprung dance floor, offers a variety of after-dinner entertainment. There is also an indoor swimming pool with a jet-spa and a sauna.

Accessibility (Daily lunches and all admission charges are included in holiday) The hotel has steps to the entrance but there is also a side entrance with level access. There is a hotel lift serving all floors but there are also steps in several of the corridors to access bedrooms. • An idyllic journey on the heritage Isle of Wight Steam Railway & time to explore the Train Story Museum & Havenstreet, a restored 1940s station • A guided tour of Brading Roman Villa, one of the finest Roman sites in the UK now an award-winning Visitor Centre and Museum • A day at delightful Osborne House, the beloved island home of the late Queen Victoria including the nearby ‘royal’ church of St Mildred’s at Whippingham • A scenic day touring the West Coast & the ‘Back of the Wight’
