SECTION 9: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cox Management Services Ltd and its subsidiaries operate a policy to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained on its premises and on sites for which we are responsible. All parties must co-operate to ensure health and safety and environmental procedures are properly managed to protect all parties, their workforce and anyone else affected by the work. The following terms and conditions apply to all suppliers and contractors whilst working on behalf on any companies within the Cox Management Services Group. 1. The Contractor shall take all necessary measures to comply with the requirements of the NSAWA 1974 and any other Acts and Regulations relating to Health & Safety which may apply to staff in the performance of this contract. 2. Sub-contracting or contracting out of works will not be permitted without written consent from Cox Management Services Ltd or our subsidiaries. 3. You must provide all information as required on the Supplier/Sub-Contractor questionnaire. 4. Vehicles, equipment and tools provided and used by you, must be in good working order, fit for purpose and maintained to comply with all relevant legislation. 5. Whilst carrying out work on behalf of the Cox Management Services Group, you must ensure that you have fully assessed any risks associated with each specific task and provided the Cox Group with copies as requested in the Supplier/Sub- Contractor questionnaire prior to commencement of contract. 6. All materials provided by you that fall within the scope of COSHH regulations (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) must be risk assessed and endorsed by appropriate data sheets. 7. You must comply with all customer, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements. You must comply with all rules, signs and directions for sites and use personal protective equipment and clothing as required /issued. 8. The Cox Management Services Group will not tolerate any contravention of Health and Safety or Environmental requirements or contravention of any relevant legislation. 9. All near misses, accidents, injuries, incidents or dangerous occurrences whilst on site must promptly be reported to the Site Health and Safety Manager. You must observe any statutory duties in respect of such reporting.
Failure to meet these terms will result in cessation service provision.
