First-Timers Orientation Session The Conference is busy, and the event can be a bit daunting for the first-time attendee. The First-Timers Orientation session is the first stop for new and past attendees who want to see what is new at this years event. Engage with these new bies and help them navigate the event successfully. Note: Sponsor can leave collateral and giveaways at the back of the room. Hotel Key Cards Be at the fingertips of those attendees staying at the headquarter hotel, literally! All event participants staying at the Omni Hotel will see your logo multiple times each day during the conference when they reach for their hotel key card. Tip: Include your Booth # or a QR code on the card design to further your brand recognition. Note: Sponsor is responsible for keycards and required design work. You will work with the Omni Hotel directly for keycard logistics. The conference logo or type must be included in the design.
Pre-Conference Workshops Hundreds of committed HR professionals register for pre-conference workshops on Sunday before the official start of the Conference. Be the first sponsor they connect with! Your full-day sponsorship includes one minute of podium time at both 1⁄2 day workshops. Tip: Provide a giveaway for these overachievers, like a logoed notebook or journal.
