Scan to Reserve via ESRT+ App
The Conference Center will be available to all tenants, in good standing. This amenity can be reserved up to one business day in advance via the Amenities section of ESRT+. The conference rooms may be reserved in either half day (4 hour) or full day (8 hour) increments. Any reservation beyond 4 hours will be billed at the full day (8 hour) rate. Each additional hour, beyond 8 hours, will be billed at a rate of $250.00/hour.
Please ensure the configuration/layout option should be included in the reservation description.

All room rentals reservations must be canceled no less than one week in advance to avoid being charged the full rental fee.
