1 tablespoon peanut butter powder or peanut butter— Peanut butter is loaded with

1 teaspoon spirulina— Spirulina is a superfood and is rich in a range of vitamins and minerals essential for maintaining a healthy immune system,
like vitamins E, C, and B6. Spirulina powder can be found locally at the Granary Health Store, GNC, and Walmart.
