We gather information supplied by the client including location, site specifics, product purpose, integration, technical and safety requirements. The in- house design team will assess the project scope to develop a concept design including GA drawings and 3D models from the original details. The client will review these designs and offer feedback
Our engineers create detailed designs using the latest 3D modeling software to produce CFD and FEA reports, ensuring each product is fit for purpose and will deliver on its life expectancy. These highly detailed models and reports demonstrate the proof of concept which flows into Coerco’s comprehensive, in-house manufacturing plant. All manufacturing of Coerco products is guaranteed to comply with the parameters of the projects requirements, along with maintaining adherence to all relevant Australian & International standards.
In this final stage of the project delivery pathway, we carry out NDT & FAT where required, including witness testing with the clients. Associated QA/ QC documentation ensures adherence to all Australian standards and international certification. The products are then delivered to site using Coerco’s own specialised fleet of transport equipment managed by our logistics team. Finally, upon product dispatch all supporting project documentation is collated and presented to the client in a clear and detailed format, including all product & material certification, COC’s, installation & commissioning procedures.
