December townhome sales decreased by 33% month-over-month, to 20, and were 5% above December 2022. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in North Vancouver, at 43%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in December was $1,134,950, a 18% decrease from November and 15% below December 2022. The average sold price was $1,178,801, 14% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $846, down 3% to last month.
