The sales-to-listing ratio for detached in the Vancouver Region, at 12%, reflected a buyers' market. The detached median price in December was $1,502,000, a 6% decrease from November and 0.1% above December 2022. The average sold price was $1,785,950, 5% below last month and up 3% to December 2022.
