December detached home sales decreased by 27% month-over-month, to 373, and were 0.5% above December 2022. The sales-to-listing ratio for detached in the Greater Vancouver board area, at 11%, reflected a buyers' market. The detached median price in December was $1,800,000, a 3% decrease from November and 6% above December 2022. The average sold price was $2,060,257, 4% below last month and up 4% to December 2022.
