ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Our second virtual annual general meeting (AGM) on April 22 broke attendance records, with 460 voting registrants and 46 non-voting participants logging in. Last year, our first-ever virtual AGM also set a record with a total of 370 attendees. Bylaw amendments adopted in 2021 allowed for partially or fully virtual meetings. The change allowed us to hold our AGM during the pandemic. As an added benefit, the online format has increased accessibility and made it easier for registrants to get involved.
