The new 8,380 sq. ft., state-of-the-art Fitness Center (The Top Shelf) on the second floor is fully available, offering incredible views while you get physically fit! Services include Fitness Attendants, personal training, group fitness, private and group Pilates, aquatic exercise, nature hikes, and health lectures. An updated schedule of classes and services will be provided at the start of each month.

TRX Group Fitness Class ~ 50 minutes TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simulta - neously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. Modifications are always welcome in any class. Max capacity: 9 Chair Yoga & Balance for All Levels ~ 50 minutes A mind body class which uses props to enhance breathing, centering, and balance. Through static poses and breath, we can strengthen externally and open internally, leveling our energy balance. Circuit Group Training This workout involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body from your neck down to your feet. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective exercise to increase blood flow, circulation, heart rate, and burn calories. Mat Pilates This group Pilates class will work you through training practices that can be done on a mat instead of a reformer. In this class, you will hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength. Much of the equipment that you find in a reformer class can also be used in a Pilates mat workout. Your Pilates instructor will give you options to use bands, exercise balls, and sometimes even small weights to help level up your Pilates experience.

Each ride is designed to improve your cardiovascular health, build endurance, and enhance your cycling skills. Our knowledgeable guides ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, offering tips on technique and bike maintenance. Embrace the freedom of the open road and the thrill of exploring new routes with our supportive cycling community.
• Techniques: Hold passive poses for extended periods (5-20 minutes) using props like bolsters, blankets and blocks to fully support the body. • Objective: Promote deep rest and relaxation, reduce stress and facilitate healing. Particularly useful for people recovering from illness or injury. • Intensity: Extremely low-intensity; the focus is on stillness and deep breathing. • Typical poses: supported child’s pose, supported bridge pose and legs-up-the-wall pose.
