GUEST POLICY

Desert Horizons Members are very proud of their Club and enjoy sharing it with their family and friends. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for Members and guests alike. All guests and family guests must be accompanied by a Member while using any Club facility, unless they have arranged for a Guest Pass with Member Services in advance. Like most private clubs, Desert Horizons has rules and policies on how and when to host guests. Residents are held responsible for their guests. Owners or residents are allowed to bring up to six guests per day to the pool or recreational facilities without restriction. However, residents must notify the Association office at least two days in advance for guest groups in larger than six persons. The Association may limit the number of guests using the Common Area facilities on any one day including private parties by residents such as birthday parties, cookouts, family gatherings, etc. Facilities are used on a first-come-first-served basis. Advance reservation of Common Area facilities is permitted, with prior authorization from the Board of Directors.
