Picking Up the Pace of Change Through Innovation: Long- Term Services and Supports Scorecard Sponsored by AARP Public Policy Institute. Tuesday, March 27 | 9:00–10:30 AM Golden Gate 7 (Lobby Level) CEU credits: 1.5 AARP, with support from The SCAN Foundation and the Commonwealth Fund, released the third Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Scorecard, which showcase state- level performance over time and promising practices to demonstrate how states can improve and pick up the pace in creating and sustaining a high-performing system of care for older people and adults with disabilities, and their family caregivers who assist them.The session will explore how attendees can use the Scorecard to meet the needs of older adults, adults with physical disabilities, and family caregivers and will feature LTSS innovations from the states that have won the Pacesetter award to accelerate the pace of change in in their states.
