Tucson in the 1970s. She quickly made an impact on Southern Arizona’s healthcare landscape, especially in home health services. Her pioneering efforts led to the development of the first multidisciplinary home health agency in the region, bringing innovative care solutions to the homes of many. Robin’s passion for supporting older adults didn’t stop there—she chaired the Governor’s Advisory Council on Aging’s Alzheimer’s Committee, a role through which she championed the creation of important programs for those living with Alzheimer’s and their families. Robin was instrumental in founding the annual Tucson Centenarian Celebration, a beloved tradition that honors those who reach the remarkable milestone of 100 years. Her commitment to celebrating life’s later stages was profound, and her influence will live on through the many lives she touched. “Robin was more than a supporter — she was a true champion for older adults and a tireless advocate for their dignity and independence. Her leadership and passion contributed to many of the programs we still offer today, and her legacy will continue to impact lives for years to come. We are profoundly grateful for all she gave to PCOA and to our community,” said PCOA President and CEO, W. Mark Clark. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Robin was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her warmth, wisdom, and unshakable faith were constants throughout her life. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, service, and love. We at PCOA are forever grateful for Robin’s dedication to our mission, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
