Here, caregivers practice using the same tools and equipment that many older adults rely on every day. From medical devices to gadgets that make daily tasks easier, this training space helps people live more independently and improves their quality of life. Promoting Independence Caregivers learn to assist older adults with tasks like cooking, cleaning, and bathing. These basic activities keep people engaged and provide important social interaction, which can be just as valuable as physical care.
