Fitness

Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building prior or after business hours need a PIN, please apply here .

Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio in the Arlington Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled. Please register online by clicking here . Barre ** Monday and Friday at 10:30 AM Early Bird Cardio/Strength ** Monday and Friday at 6:00 AM Fitness Fusion * Tuesday (for beginners) and Thursday at 8:30 AM Fitness Yoga ** Friday at 5:30 PM Gentle Yoga ** Tuesday at 9:45 AM and 4:00 PM, and Thursday at 9:45 AM HIIT It! ** Wednesday at 6:00 AM Pilates (All Levels) ** Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 AM, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Restorative Yoga ** Monday and Wednesday at 9:45 AM (45 minutes) Seniorcize * Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM (45 minutes) Toning + Abs * Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 AM Yoga 1.25 ** Sunday at 4:00 PM (75 minutes) *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15th - 25th of each month, Members sign up for the following month’s classes online , by calling x1234, or by emailing john.porter@ancc.org . “Drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a higher fee. During the month of August, we will be remodeling the office behind the front desk to create a new massage room. Although this construction will not directly impact the work- out area, there will be contractors and materials moving in and out of the facility. We apologize for any inconvenience that may result.

SHAPE UP AND HAVE FUN

If you’d like to begin an exercise routine but don’t know where to start, consider a group exercise class! You’ll get the benefit of an instructor, the accountability of having a scheduled workout, and the fun of working out with others! • Toning & Abs is a full-body workout using dumbbells, body bars and other equipment to target all of your major muscle groups, and then some! All levels are welcome. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 and 6:30 PM, and Saturdays at 10:00 AM. • Early Bird Cardio/Strength classes are a little more energetic and will get your heartrate up! Start your day at 6:00 AM on Mondays and Fridays. • HIIT It! is even more intense and a great way to crank up your metabolism on Wednesdays at 6:00 AM. • Fitness Fusion combines step aerobics with overall conditioning on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 AM.
