Most institutions to which our students transfer have worked with us regarding the dates our graduates must report to their school. During the summer, all requests for special permissions should be directed to The Coast Camp Director. The Bible Institute staff acts only in an advisory capacity during the summer Ministry Practicum. TRANSPORTATION The Bible Institute provides transportation to and from Tampa International Airport as well as the Greyhound and Amtrak stations in Tampa at a cost of $25 per person each way. Students requiring transportation must submit a transportation request form online. Requests submitted within 72 hours of travel time are subject to a $25 late fee. SPIRITUAL ENRICHMENT In addition to the excellent classroom instruction, the Bible Institute offers many other opportunities for students’ spiritual enrichment. These include: Quiet Time Time is set aside each day for students to have their own personal time with the Lord known as “Quiet Time”. It is our desire that the students will take this important practice with them after they finish their time at Word of Life. Dorm Devotions Monday-Thursday evenings students meet for a time of small group devotions. Students take turns sharing something with their roommates. This is a great opportunity for building unity and fellowship as a dorm family. Weekday Chapels Chapel services provide unique challenges from the Word of God on various topics of concern. Speakers include Word of Life staff as well as pastors, missionaries and Christian leaders from around the world. Missions Conference Keynote speakers and seminars as well as personal interaction with missionaries provide valuable insight and motivation. Several mission agencies are present to provide helpful information to students seeking God’s direction regarding their mission responsibilities. The conference dramatically changes the direction of many students’ lives.
