They should be free from any signs of wear, scuffs, stains, or alterations. • The original shoe box is not suitable for shipping. Please use a different shipping box to safeguard the original packaging. We can not accept shoes that are mailed back in only their original box. • For your convenience, we recommend selecting a track- able and insured shipping method.
