A HEALTHY START A healthy beginning is essential for successful learning and growth in children. ESC19 Head Start supports this by providing health and dental screenings, nutritious meals, and daily opportunities for active play. The program also provides mental wellness and disability services, partnering with families to identify developmental milestones and address delays early.
