FEDERAL MONITORING
In the 2019-2020 federal review, ESC19 Head Start received no areas of non-compliance in ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance).
COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT
ESC19 Head Start uses a Community Needs Assessment to identify families most needing services in El Paso and Hudspeth counties. High poverty, low education, unemployment, and limited access to healthcare continue to highlight vulnerable populations. The latest CNA is available upon request at chernandez@esc19hs.net.
