From there, we build a plan around timing - because when you list can matter just as much as how you list. ESTABLISH PRICING & TIMING When you’re ready, we’ll send listing documents through Dotloop, an easy electronic signing platform. You can review and sign everything from your computer or phone — simple and secure. EXECUTE LISTING DOCUMENTS Every home has standout features. Whether it’s a fireplace, a view, or beautiful natural light, we’ll help highlight what makes your home special through thoughtful furniture placement and simple design updates. STAGING & DESIGN CONSULTATION Small changes can make a big impact. Swapping cabinet hardware, updating light fixtures, or freshening paint can instantly elevate a space. If larger improvements make sense, we’ll guide you through those options as well. MAKE IMPROVEMENTS We’ll schedule professional photography and meet the photographer at your home to ensure everything looks its best before going live. YOUR HOME IS PHOTO READY A secure lockbox will be placed at your home so licensed agents, appraisers, and inspectors can access the property for scheduled appointments. LOCKBOX INSTALLATION
