Andrew Mackenzie – General Practice Surveying
Andrew has worked as a specialist commercial Real Estate recruiter since 2004. At MRG, Andrew focusses on all aspects of multi-sector General Practice (MRICS) positions, includ- ing Asset Managers, Investment Managers, Development Managers, Fund Managers, Commercial Agents and Occupier Advisory Surveyors. Andrew’s specialism is in retained value-add and mission critical mandates. Prior to joining MRG, Andrew worked for two of the market leading contingency focussed recruiters, working on a mix of contingency and retained assignments for a wide variety of multi-sector (retail, industrial, office, logistics and leisure/licenced leisure) clients. He has worked with a wide range of Real Estate clients, including occupiers, developers, com-
mercial advisors, practices, agents, retailers and logistics focussed organisations.
Andrew graduated with a BSc Land Management from the University of Portsmouth and in his spare time he is a very keen cyclist and runner.
Jessica Kempton – Executive Assistant
Jessica joined MRG in 2018 as Executive Assistant to Matthew Evans and the Real Estate Team providing high level project support on all Real Estate recruitment campaigns. She has worked for a number of recruitment businesses in a variety of capacities as well in supporting roles for large multi-national organisations.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys walking her dog, Rosie and socialising.
