BISOL ‘CREDE’ PROSECCO DOCG, ITALY 30 a bottle, 260 a case

A fresh and elegant aroma from which the fragrance of wildflowers comes to the forefront alongside delicate nuances of apples and pears. The harmony of the bouquet is fully realized by the taste; a savoury, rich, fine and versatile sip. GUNDLACH BUNDSCHU SAUVIGNON BLANC, SONOMA COAST, CA 25 a bottle, 260 a case This sauvignon blanc is a fresh and clean wine, with clarity and layers of complexity developed by fermenting in four different fermentation vessels. Aromas leap out of the glass with notes of honeysuckle and white nectarine. On the palate, this wine immediately captivates with racy acidity and minerality reminiscent of ocean spray balanced by a creamy richness developed from lees contact and batonnage. Australian lime and starfruit notes add a bright finish to this Sonoma Coast masterpiece. SEQUOIA GROVE CHARDONNAY, NAPA VALLEY, CA 30 a bottle, 330 a case This wine opens with bright aromas of lemon curd, grapefruit, orange blossom, apple, and wet stone with hints of jasmine and vanilla. This chardonnay is medium-bodied and balanced with flavors of honeysuckle, white peach, lemon zest, and hints of nutmeg and cardamom. The wine has a creamy mouthfeel with bright acidity leading to notes of lemon oil and a long finish. M. CHAPOUTIER BELLERUCHE ROSE, CÔTES-DU-RHÔNE, FRANCE 16 a bottle, 170 a case This rose has aromas of red fruits and citrus complemented by notes of exotic fruits. The palate is fresh, delicate and fruity on entry and underpinned by a lovely freshness that prolongs the drinking enjoyment. CA MAIOL GIOME RED BLEND, BENACO BRESCIANO, LOMBARDY, ITALY 17 a bottle, 150 a case The choice of this name is linked to a word used in Ancient Rome, “Giomelle”, which signifies “the union of two things”. Indeed, Giomè represents the union of two elements: a grape variety that is indigenous to the hinterland of Lake Garda, Groppello, with a blend made up of Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese, varieties that have nevertheless been present in this zone for a long time. After separate vinification and maturation of these varieties in stainless steel, we create an assemblage whose result is Giomè: a fresh, well-balanced, medium-bodied wine.

TWOMEY ANDERSON VALLEY PINOT NOIR, ANDERSON VALLEY, CA 52 a bottle 570 a case

Our resulting Anderson Valley Pinot Noir is true to its cool-climate origins—an elegant, restrained style with fresh and vibrant fruit characteristics complemented by earth and floral notes. HONIG CABERNET SAUVIGNON, NAPA VALLEY, CA 45 a bottle, 500 a case Another classic Honig Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon expressing a lovely combination of black raspberry and cherry enhanced by savory notes and exotic spices (think Garam masala) and cocoa nibs.
