FLEX SCHEDULING The NFL utilizes flexible scheduling for games during Weeks 5-17. These games are eligible to be moved into different time slots. Season ticket holders will be notified of any changes via an e-mail from the team. Game time changes will also be posted on the team and stadium websites. GUEST EXPERIENCE LOCATIONS The Guest Experience Headquarters is located on the main concourse across from the Ford North Entry. There are additional Guest Experience Kiosks located on each concourse of the stadium. Guest Experience Representatives in these areas are available to assist guests with questions, comments, or concerns. These areas also offer a variety of amenities including 1st game and birthday photo opportunities, guest ID bracelets, and more. Guest experience locations will be open from gate opening until approximately 30 minutes after the event. GUEST INTERFERENCE In the interest of player and guest safety, Allegiant Stadium maintains a Zero-Tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate ejection from Allegiant Stadium, possible arrest and/or loss of season tickets privileges.

They are located at sections 120, 142, and 332. FIRST GAME For first timers at Allegiant Stadium, stop by one of our guest experience kiosks for a photo with our first game sign. FIREWORKS Fireworks and any other pyrotechnic devices are prohibited. Possession or use of these items will result in ejection from Allegiant Stadium. For a complete list of our Prohibited Items, please see PROHIBITED ITEMS. FLAG PROGRAM Military personnel and families interested in having their flags flown over Allegiant Stadium can mail them to the address below. Please fill out the American Flag Program Release Form and mail it along with your flag. Please allow 4-8 weeks for the flag to be returned with a letter confirming the flyover date (5 ft. X 8 ft.
