RAIDERS IN THE COMMUNITY

The Las Vegas Raiders Community Relations Department strives to enrich the community and enhance the lives of others through outreach programs, initiatives, and partnerships in the areas of education, health and fitness, volunteerism, community engagement and charitable giving. During the 2021 season, these efforts impacted 3,755 people, 55 nonprofit organizations and provided 28,664 meals in Nevada. Additionally, 58 players made 124 total appearances supporting 173 Raiders community programs and events. The 2021 season encapsulated giveback that included, but was not limited to, hosting conversations on the importance of mental health among teens and people of color, honoring teachers for their work inside and outside of the classroom and showing appreciation to military service members and their families. Additional Raiders community activations included brightening the spirits of youth facing heavy health diagnosis with dinner and fellowship, facilitating shopping sprees for needed items with families battling homelessness, providing mentorship to formerly incarcerated youth and creating pathways for career development for individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
