2013 Jan. 27 – FB Marcel Reece represents the Raiders at the Pro Bowl in Honolulu. April 25 – Raiders select CB DJ Hayden from the University of Houston with the 12th overall pick in the NFL Draft. Oct. 6 – S Charles Woodson recovers a San Diego fumble and returns it 25 yards for a score, matching an NFL record with his 13th career defensive touchdown. Oct. 27 – QB Terrelle Pryor sets a franchise record with a 93-yard touchdown run against Pittsburgh, marking the longest touchdown run by a quarterback in NFL history. 2014 Jan. 26 – FB Marcel Reece participates as a member of Team Sanders at the Pro Bowl in Honolulu. May 8 -- Raiders select LB Khalil Mack from the University of Buffalo with the fifth overall pick in the NFL Draft. Aug. 2 – Ray Guy inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame, becoming first pure punter enshrined. Sept. 28 – Raiders play Miami Dolphins at London’s Wembley Stadium, marking franchise’s first regular season game outside of the United States. April 30 – Raiders select Alabama WR Amari Cooper with the fourth overall pick in the NFL Draft. Aug. 8 – Former Raiders WR Tim Brown and personnel executive Ron Wolf inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame. Oct. 11 – K Sebastian Janikowski plays in his 241st career game, surpassing Pro Football Hall of Famer Tim Brown as Raiders’ all-time leader in service. Dec. 13 – DE Khalil Mack records five second-half sacks at Denver to tie the Raiders’ single-game record set by Pro Football Hall of Famer Howie Long in 1983. Dec. 22 – S Charles Woodson announces to local media his intent to retire at the conclusion of the 2015 season. 2016 Jan. 8 – DE Khalil Mack makes history as the first-ever player to be named Associated Press first-team All-Pro at two different positions, garnering recognition at both defensive end and linebacker. Jan. 31 – QB Derek Carr, WR Amari Cooper, DE Khalil Mack, RB Latavius Murray and S Charles Woodson represent the Raiders at the Pro Bowl in Honolulu. Along with the selection of FB Marcel Reece, the six players mark the most Raiders since 1994. April 29 – Raiders select West Virginia S Karl Joseph with the 14th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Aug. 6 – Former Raiders QB Ken Stabler inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame. Sept. 25 – K Sebastian Janikowski becomes the NFL’s all-time leader with his 53rd career field goal of 50-or-more yards. Oct. 30 – QB Derek Carr sets a franchise single-game record with 513 passing yards in a 30-24 overtime victory at Tampa Bay. Nov. 21 – The Raiders post a 27-20 win over the Houston Texans at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, the first regular- season Monday Night Football game played outside the United States. Dec. 4 – QB Derek Carr becomes the first NFL quarterback with five game-winning touchdown passes in the fourth quarter or overtime in a single season, leading the Raiders to a 38-24 win over the Buffalo Bills Dec. 16 – Raiders clinch first playoff berth since 2002 with a 19-16 victory at San Diego.
2017 Jan. 7 – QB Connor Cook becomes first quarterback in Super Bowl era to make first-career start in a postseason game, as Raiders fall 27-14 in AFC Wild Card Game at Houston. Jan. 19 – Jack Del Rio named the Maxwell Club’s Greasy Neale Professional Coach of the Year, becoming the sixth Raiders coach to earn an NFL Coach of the Year honor. Reggie McKenzie named NFL Executive of the Year by PFWA, joining Al Davis as the only Raiders to have earned the award. Jan. 29 – C Rodney Hudson, S Reggie Nelson and G Kelechi Osemele participate in the Pro Bowl in Orlando. The trio are part of an NFL- high seven Raiders initially named to the AFC squad. Feb. 4 – DE Khalil Mack is named the Associated Press Defensive Player of the Year, becoming the first Raider since 1980 to earn the award. March 27 – By a vote of 31-1 by NFL owners, the Raiders are approved for relocation to Las Vegas. April 27 – Raiders select Ohio State CB Gareon Conley with the 24th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Sept. 10 – K Giorgio Tavecchio becomes first player in NFL history to make two field goals of at least 50 yards in his NFL debut at Tennessee. Nov. 13 – Raiders officially break ground on Las Vegas stadium site. 2018 Jan. 9 – Jon Gruden introduced as the head coach of the Oakland Raiders, returning to the post he previously held from 1998-2001. Jan. 29 – QB Derek Carr, C Rodney Hudson and G Kelechi Osemele represent the Raiders at the Pro Bowl in Orlando. April 26 – Raiders select T Kolton Miller from UCLA with the 15th overall pick in the NFL Draft. Aug. 4 – Former Raiders WR Randy Moss inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame. Dec. 30 – Raiders QB Derek Carr breaks Peyton Manning’s NFL record for completions through a player’s first five seasons with 1,750. Dec. 31 – Mike Mayock introduced as the third General Manager in franchise history. 2019 Jan. 14 – Raiders break ground on new team headquarters and practice facility in Henderson, Nev. Jan. 27 – TE Jared Cook represents the Raiders at the Pro Bowl in Orlando. April 25 – Raiders select DE Clelin Ferrell from Clemson, RB Josh Jacobs from Alabama and S Johnathan Abram from Mississippi State in the first round of the NFL Draft. Sept. 9 – Raiders defeat Broncos in season opener on Monday Night Football, 24-16, giving Head Coach Jon Gruden his 100th career regular-season victory. Sept. 15 – QB Derek Carr passes Ken Stabler (19,078) for first place on the Raiders all- time passing yards list. Nov. 3 – RB Josh Jacobs breaks the franchise rookie rushing record of 697 yards set by Marcus Allen in 1982.
