ANIMALS Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at Allegiant Stadium. Staff may not ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, or training documentation for the animal. If you encounter a guest entering the facility with a service animal, please contact your superior or manager for assistance. A photo ID or valid driver’s license will be held at the Guest Experience Headquarters during the time of use and returned when the rental is complete. AWAY GAME TICKET INFORMATION The Las Vegas Raiders do not sell tickets to games played on the road. For away game tickets, contact the host club and venue directly or check Ticketmaster.com. Please note, prices may exceed face value on Ticketmaster.com. The Las Vegas Raiders are not responsible for tickets sold to any games at other NFL stadiums. B BAG CHECK Allegiant Stadium offers two (2) bag check locations. There is a $20 non- refundable charge per bag checked and payment is cashless. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are accepted forms of payment. Bag check opens the same time stadium entries open and closes one (1) hour post event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to lost and found. For more information, please see LOST AND FOUND. • North Bag Check is located in Lot N, North of Hacienda Avenue • West Bag Check is located at 5455 Polaris Avenue • Southeast Bag Check is located in Lot E
BAG POLICY Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” can be taken into the stadium with one of the approved clear bags An exception will be made for any necessary medical items after proper inspection at entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger that the permissible size. BANNERS AND SIGNS Signs and banners may be hung during events at Allegiant Stadium as long as: • They do not obstruct the sightline of other guests • They are not in the field of play • They do not cover up existing signage • They are not commercial in nature • They do not contain obscene or inflammatory language • They are not paraded around Allegiant Stadium Allegiant Stadium management reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time. BOTTLES, CANS, AND BEVERAGE CONTAINERS Bottles, cans, and hard-sided beverage containers of any kind are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. A security screening will be conducted at the entries to prevent these items from entering the stadium.
