Congratulations to all Corporate Solutions (CS) Masters! A special shout- out goes to our repeat qualifiers for your dedication to the CS business. In particular, we recognize Anthony Wong from AIA Hong Kong, who has qualified every year since the inception of CS Masters in 2014 and its integration into President Club. Despite the challenging environment we faced, particularly with continued rising medical claims costs, we achieved record growth in Corporate Solutions (CS) and Individual Voluntary Solutions (IVS) in 2024, further reinforcing our No.1 CS businesses in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. For the first time, IVS policies sold in a year surpassed 200K. It is truly inspiring that you continue to thrive during these times. Looking ahead, there is an even more ambitious path before us. But as a Chinese saying goes, "A journey of thousand miles can't be achieved without the accumulation of consistent steps ( 不積跬步，無以至千里 ). Across our markets, we continue to strengthen our WorkWell and Health proposition as part of our Integrated Health Strategy, supported by analytics, exclusive IVS products and customer offers to enable your continued success in CS and IVS. Underpinning this, we keep our focus on capability development and positioning AIA as thought leaders in the Employee Benefits space. Thank you for your hard work and outstanding contribution to our 2024 success! I look forward to meeting all of you in person and celebrate your success. Together, let's elevate beyond 2024 as we scale CS and IVS higher in 2025 and beyond!
