Plastic waste has resulted in pollution and is harmed so incessantly that it has become a marker of a new geological era. We say NO to plastics by turning the one-time used plastics into raw oil, refined for other purposes such as oil and syngas. The outcome is then used to produce hydrogen and methanol or burned directly in boilers to generate electricity. We created the technology that can overcome plastic issues everywhere in the world.

We are grabbing the opportunity as supplying hydrogen to industries has become a significant business worldwide. The demand has grown. Tremendously and will continue. We turn hydrogen into a source of energy. We are synthesizing CO2 from our syngas reactor with hydrogen to make methanol which will open new doors for the sustainable generation of the new fuels. It will be how we could eliminate the carbon destruction to the environment.
MAKING METHANOL FROM PLASTIC WASTE
One of our most valued systems and technology is to turn plastic waste into methanol, ensuring success in mitigating and helping reduce carbon emissions over time. With the plastic waste available, the production of hydrogen and, or methanol will become more accessible, especially on the route of the biggest shipping company ~ A.P. Moller – Maersk. Last year, it ordered 13 container ships fueled with green methanol, produced by sustainable biomass and renewable electricity, the first of which is to come into service next year. Methanol is a light, colorless and volatile liquid alcohol with a distinctive order. It is the simplest type of alcohol and is prepared by directly combining carbon monoxide gas and hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst. The global methanol market reached a value of US$ 26 Billion in 2020. The global production capacity of methanol reached about 150 million metric tons in 2020, with production in Asia, North and South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The global demand for methanol reached approximately 98 million metric tons in 2020. Growing interests in clean-burning fuels and regulatory changes are drivers for new methanol applications as a fuel due to its lower emissions.

Non-lithium power storage means less negative environmental impact. Disposal of battery cells is flammable and more toxic, harmful to the environment and life. Vanadium Redox Flow Battery which has a longer cycle of 20,000 charges/discharge, is a great substitute for energy storage with comparatively much better performance. The toxicity of oxides can be neutralized with a ratio of 8liter of salts: 1 liter of Vanadium electrolytes.
