Description

In this workshop, the zoo comes to YOU (must be indoors for animal safety)! Girl Scouts will interact with 6 animals from different countries while learning to identify animals and understand their importance to those parts of the world. We can focus on a specific topic or just keep it general! Length : 1 hour In this workshop, Girl Scouts will explore the unique world of bugs while learning how they differ from other life forms and their impact on the world. Length : 1 ½ hours In this workshop, Girl Scouts will experience the world among the best in the animal kingdom and learn the different ways that humans and animals use their senses to connect with nature. Length : 1 ½ hours During this journey, Girl Scouts will explore our connection with water and its importance to nature around the globe. They will also plan a Take Action project that educates others about the impact we can have on our waterways. Length : 1 ½ hours * Leadership award activities are the responsibility of the troop leader after their workshop. *
