During this 1-hour experience, Girl Scouts will dive into the world of honeybees, learning about their importance and the challenges they face. Then, get creative by making honeybee glitter slime to take home! The fun continues with cookie decorating and a buzzing runway dance party. Brownies can earn the Art and Design Badge by exploring different elements of art and creating their own masterpiece. Badges won’t be available at the workshop, but troop leaders can purchase them separately through GSKSMO retail. This is a 1-hour workshop. Get your hands dirty and your creativity blooming in this fun-filled Flower Power Workshop! Girls will learn about the Kansas State Flower, paint and decorate their own mini flowerpot, and choose a flower to pot with soil and seeds to take home. After planting, the fun continues with cookie decorating and a lively runway dance party! Juniors can earn their Flowers Badge, while other troop levels can earn the Art and Design Badge. Badges won’t be available at the workshop, but troop leaders can purchase them separately through GSKSMO retail.
