Girl Scouts will prepare hand-tied fleece blankets for patients as holiday gifts. We will send patterns for three different sizes, and Troops may choose which one(s) they want to make. We ask that the Troops source materials for this project. This opportunity will be closed once 20 groups (making 5 blankets each) have signed up. Email Ashley Hurtado by November 4, 2024 to sign your girl/troop/family up for this at ashley.hurtado@abilitykc.org or call 816-751-7700. Girl Scout Troops will design handmade Valentines for patients and preschool students and deliver them to Ability KC by Friday, February 7, 2025. We ask that the Troops source materials for this project. Please confirm participation in this opportunity by January 17, 2025. Contact Ashley Hurtado to notify her that your Troop will be participating and confirm your drop-off date.
