What is democracy and who represents me in government? Learn about the 3 levels and branches of government including how to write a letter to our representatives, including Frances, the First Cat of Kansas! Please note that there is a separate Democracy Badge workshop for each Program Age Level. You will sign up for the Daisy, Brownie or Junior Democracy badge workshop when contacting the Dole Institute.
