BikeWalk KC We will travel to troop meetings. Our service area is 20 miles from our Midtown KCMO office (1106 E 30th St Ste G, Kansas City, MO 64109). Additional mileage fees may be incurred if troops are outside this service area.

Girls will learn how to conduct a walkability study and explore the impact the environment has on biking and walking. Girls will learn how to start their very own walking club including how to map a route, pedestrian safety, and how to get buy-in and support from others. We cannot host this event on Saturdays or Sundays. Weekdays and afternoons/ evenings are preferred. Families and troop leaders can also attend if they like. We may not have enough equipment for all troops and additional attendees, so they are welcome to bring their own equipment (bikes and helmets) in working condition. We can also give families and participants tips on learning how to ride if needed. Length : 1 ½ to 2 hours. We cannot host this event on Saturdays or Sundays.
