Girls will explore the history of the automotive industry and learn about vehicle parts, design, and safety features while designing and producing their very own vehicle. Length : 3 hours (can be split over multiple meeting). Solving real-world issues one design at a time. Girls will create a design build around a specific real-world topic and will have the opportunity to show off their go-getter ingenuity with others. Length : 3 hours (can be split over multiple meeting). Girls will use engineering design processes to create a themed toy, explore ideas to modify the toy to make it better, and develop an approach to market their toy to others. Length : 2 hours.
