COMMISSION STRUCTURE BREAKDOWN With the right combination of work ethic, people skills, and self-discipline, working on commission allows you to maximize your earning potential quickly. Our uncapped commission structure is simple & transparent. With no threshold, we offer 10% of placements below £ 1 0 ,000 and 20% of placements above £10 ,000.

We can’t think of a more rewarding way to build a successful career, seeing the direct relationship between your hard work & the results!

Supporting Meet’s leading accounts with both permanent and contract requirements, our Client Partner division is responsible for developing these relationships and increasing placement numbers across our portfolio. To reward your work we’ve developed a specific client partner commission structure that’s equally as simple and transparent. At Associate level all deals are paid out at £200 per placement until promoted to Client Partner, then you’ll be eligible for the commission structure to the left. Nothing feels better than making a placement, watching a happy candidate flourish in their new job and seeing the impact on your earnings.
